Or, so my mommy and her brothers like to call it. Back in the day, "Lake Taco" created many a fond memory for the Gonsalves clan. Now, the Kinneys and Gonsalves' have combined their traditions, creating the all-time "Lake Taco" New Year's week party of the year.
