What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas

M&D took off Saturday afternoon for Vegas, Baby! They (purposely) left their camera at home so as not to bring home evidence of their obvious debauchery. Boy, were they happy to see Stell and I when they walked in the door, though! How could you resist these faces...

Thanks Grammy & Grampy for watching us this weekend. We hope we weren't too naughty ;)

Goin' to the Chapel...

Mommy threw Auntie Erin a bridal shower on Saturday and not just any bridal shower... a lingerie shower. Sissy and my innocent eyes were banned from the festivities until gifts were unwrapped and put aside, but Mommy says it was a real hootananny! We love you, Auntie Erin, and can't wait until your wedding to Uncle Tommy!

A Weekend of Mamaraderie

Mommy was asked to be a model in a local fashion show, honoring a young, local mother diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer. She has two small children, just a few years older than Sis and I. It was a cause Mommy had to be a part of... Check out the story at http://mamaraderie.com/robynn.html.

Sissy and I got to attend a puppet show at Koukla Kids that morning where we got to chow down on some "cuppy cakes" and run around with other rugrats. Later that night, M&D hit the fashion show and cocktail hour. Here are some pics of the mamaraderie extravaganza!

Thank You for Smoking...

The state of Cali has taken this play on words a bit too seriously, unfort. The 108 degree temp today (no, that's not a joke) doesn't help either. My sister and I are holed up in our lovely abode, trying to just, well, breathe.

It is simply disgusting outside. Thanks to our single-paned windows, I think we might all be developing emphysima. Needless to say, Mommy has reached an all-time high in the nerdy entertainment department. We have taken to dance offs and dress up (mostly playing with my princess underwear, but whatevs) and well, lots and lots of Dora. God bless Noggin. Here's to clean air...someday!

Seeing Red

Daddy threw Mommy a fantastic 30th bday soiree this past week at Lounge on 20. The theme, you guessed it, RED. Mommy's favorite color draped the entire venue. It was beautiful! Thanks, Daddy, for taking extra good care of our Mommy on her big 3-0. Dang, she's old!

God Bless America and No Place Else

Sissy and I had quite a day... we started out early at our neighbor's Fourth of July breakfast. We then proceeded to roll down in the neighborhood parade with Uncle Mikey, Eddie, Uncle Dave, Auntie Maria, Cousin Ben, Grammy, Grampy, Ms. Brookey and Mr. Andrew Govenar and their rugrats, Annabel and Lily.

The parade was amazing! Everyone noticed our breathtakingly decorated wagon (thanks, Grammy & Mommy!) and everyone also noticed our parents' festive, red plastic drinking cups. What's a parade without a little intoxication. God Bless America!

Afterwards, we all headed back to Chateau Kinney for some bbq fun. If we're lucky, we might get to stay up late enough to watch the fireworks. Yipee!
